Originally raised on the West Coast, Darleen has lived on the East Coast for over 20 years and has called Connecticut home for the past 15. Having lived in Norwalk, Stamford, and now Darien, she possesses in-depth knowledge of lower Fairfield County, including its neighborhoods, schools, beaches, and backroads.
Before entering real estate, Darleen worked as an account executive for a major New York City fashion company and later founded a lifestyle website that gained national and international recognition in both digital and print publications. She also built a successful jewelry business under her own name, featuring original designs and a devoted client base.

Community Involvement
Darleen is actively involved in the Darien community and currently serves on the Darien Depot Board. As a long-standing member of the planning committee for the Darien House Tour, she now chairs the event, which is the largest fundraiser for the Darien Depot.
A dedicated parent of four children in the Darien school system, Darleen has been deeply engaged with Darien High School, Middlesex Middle School, and Hindley Elementary School.
Her family is actively involved in local sports organizations, gymnastics, music, and arts programs. Darleen regularly serves in various parental volunteer roles within these community and athletic programs and currently co-chairs the Darien High School Homecoming.
Personal Interests
Darleen is the Creative Director and Content Creator of DarleenMeier.com, where she shares expertise in home renovations, interior design, and DIY projects. Many of her projects have been featured nationally, reflecting her creative vision and hands-on experience in transforming homes.
Outside of work, Darleen enjoys spending time with her active and adventurous family. They share a love for the outdoors and can often be found hiking, camping, skiing, fishing, or kayaking along the Long Island Sound. The vibrant beach community is one of the many reasons Darleen and her family are proud to call Darien home.
